USDA and CE approved, patented sauce applicator, capable of evenly applying sauce to your product while maintaining a sauce free border. Our CONVEYORIZED TARGETTM sauce applicator is a simple easy to use system. Your pizzas are precisely located under the applicating head by means of our conveyor. When in position, the sauce is automatically applied.

Waterfall Sauce Applicator
WS1000 Series
USDA compliant sauce applicator is capable of evenly applying sauce in a continuous curtain onto products as they pass below. Our Waterfall Sauce Applicator is a simple, easy to use system ideal for depositing sauce where positioning products in lanes is not possible, or targeted application is not required. Sauce is automatically applied over the entire product as it passes below. Excess sauce is recirculated and reused

Utilizes one (1) target pepperoni head. USDA compliant construction. Single lane continuous motion conveyor uses state of the art servo motor drive technology to precisely position your product under the target depositor. 14 in. wide, by 14 in. long product slicing area, consistent slice thickness and accurate pepperoni placement. Conveyor output section reliably transfers products to your down-line equipment.
