The automatic packing machines for butter are designed to offer maximum versatility in terms of the weight and shape of the packs.
The machines can produce and pack any type of shape and size: rectangular, oval, rolls and special shapes, with weights varying from 90 g to 1000g.
Features include:
- Side fold or bottom fold (with identical brick dimensions the side fold saves up to 30% of wrapping material in comparison with the bottom fold)
- Pack closure with metal seals, hot melt adhesive, heat sealing or self-adhesive label Butter fed by a hopper with augers or a direct feed system.
- All our solutions are designed for electronic communication with the butter production plant. Manual or C.I.P. cleaning
