The GD72 is a closing machine for trays with an integrated lid up to 50 cpm.

The GD72 is to provide an automatic machine easy to use to glue and close performed trays with integrated lids during continuous running.

It has been developed according to peculiar characteristics of the industry sector and adaptable to different markets, uses mechanical automatisms and it is tailored following customer’s needs, by adapting standard equipment to the specific requirements.

Chains carry preformed trays into the machine that applies hot melt and folds the lids during the running cycle, up to the pressing system that definitively closes the lids on the trays. Prerogatives of GD72 are small overall sizes, high production speed and fast changeover.
