DFC has always been able to offer a supply of laminated materials by using external film lamination contractors. We recently purchased a 1300mm wide solventless lamination unit. This introduction along with the employment of some very experienced operators now allows us to look to the future and the ability to develop better films for your products, and shorter lead times whilst looking toward the 2030 APCO-compatible materials.
Features include:
- Materials are laminated locally to specific applications based on customers’ requirements.
- Available in 80-120um.
- Available in lap and fin seal variants (produced against orders).
- High barrier & medium barriers.
- Available in natural, coloured, and metalized variants.
- Hot fill to 90 degrees.
- Food production processing.
- Sauces, purees, mashed potato, liquid dairy & soups etc.
- Coffee, grains, powders, snack Foods.
- Available in plain, tinted and printed variances.
