Lidding Film

Our range of lidding films offers exceptional clarity, high barrier, antifog properties and seal strength. They are designed to suit specific tray materials and our lamination process allows us to customise materials that cover the demands of the convenience, fresh and frozen food markets.

Depending on your needs, our lidding films can be used in various sealing applications, but you can ensure product the integrity and freshness of your product will be preserved. Right through to the point of being able to leave some of our films on your trays during the cooking cycles.

Our Lidding Film Range include:

60um High Clarity Lidding Film

  • Premium high barrier 60um peelable film that peel-seals to PP & Pet trays and locks seals to PE-coated trays.
  • Suitable MAP applications offer a long shelf-life, ready meals, and fresh products.
  • Suitable for microwavable applications (when pierced)
  • Ready meals, antipasto, dairy, fish, meat and produce.
  • Can be used in VVFS applications. Fin seal only.

40um HBG40 High Clarity Lidding Film

  • Peel seals to CPET trays.
  • Suitable MAP applications to offer a long shelf-life for ready meals, and fresh products.
  • Suitable for conventional oven (220 degrees C 30 minutes) and microwavable applications (when pierced)
  • Ready meals, antipasto, dairy, fish, meat and produce.
  • Can be used in HFFS applications. 

45um High Barrier High Clarity Lidding Film

  • Clean peel seals to aluminium trays.
  • Suitable MAP applications to offer a long shelf-life for ready meals, and fresh products.
  • Microwavable applications (when pierced) must be removed before placing any trays in a conventional oven.
  • Ready meals, fish, meat & produce.
  • Can be used in HFFS applications. 

High Barrier 80UM PVDC PET15UM/65um Modified PE Co-Extrusion

  • Currently developing a 50um version using a peel CPP, this will lower the gauge to 65um.
  • Peelable.
  • Locally produced, long shelf life, short lead time.
  • Ready meals, antipasto, dairy.
  • Microwaveable (when pierced).

Low Barrier 62UM PET12UM/PCPP 50UM

  • Seals to PP trays.
  • Moderate barrier for shorter shelf-life products, peelable, locally produced, short lead time.
  • Suitable for antipasto, ready meals, wet salads.

High Barrier 35UM PVDCPET15UM/HS PET

  • High Barrier 35UM PVDCPET15UM/HS Pet.
  • Lock Seal to Pet trays.
  • Microwavable & ovenable.
  • Ready meals, antipasto, dairy and bakery.
  • Can be used in HFFS applications.

High Barrier 55UM PVDCPET15UM/CPP 40UM

  • Lock seal to PP trays.
  • Microwavable.
  • ready meals, antipasto, dairy.
  • Can be used in VFFS & HFFS applications.

Pacmax High Barrier Skin Film

  • Gauge 100-125um.
  • Sticks to CPET, PP, PET & PE (lock seal to PE).
  • Allows for vertical shelf-life presentation (holds the product in place).
  • Suitable in a variety of applications allowing for deeper tray applications.
  • High abuse applications, seafood, ready meals, meat, and poultry.
